Our friendly, helpful staff will ensure that your products arrive in a timely manner no matter where you are located. Our many diverse blends ensure that there is a Smokin Joes® line for every tobacco consumer. As a licensed stamper in 39 states, getting your order to you is never a problem. Wholesale inquiries are also welcome. If you stamp for a particular state(s), please inquire about Smokin Joes® wholesaler program. The program will enable you to receive our fine products in order to meet your customer demand.

Due to recent changes, Smokin Joes_® has revised its return policy. As you know, all of our products are 100% fully guaranteed to sell.  If, for some reason, you wish to return a product, please be aware of the following changes to Smokin Joes_® return policy.

• Any return 60 days or less from date of purchase, Smokin Joes_® will accept and exchange or refund any returns at no cost to the retailer/wholesaler
• 61-90 days return from date of purchase, we will exchange or refund any product with a 25%  restocking fee and return shipping will be the retailer/wholesaler’s responsibility
• Returns 91+ days from original date of purchase will be assessed a 50% restocking fee and return shipping will be the retailer/wholesaler’s responsibility.

All returns will be issued a credit unless the customer specifically requests a check, money order, credit card refund, or a simple exchange of any Smokin Joes_® products.
